Dr. De Fazio is a Board-Certified urologist and attorney who offers the Himplant procedure at his clinic in Miami, where he has established a practice known as Miami Men’s. Miami Men’s seeks to offer unparalleled service and strong aesthetic outcomes. Dr. De Fazio is a Diplomat of the American Board of Urology. He is also a member of American Urologic Association, the International Society for Sexual Medicine and the Society of Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons.

Dr. De Fazio completed his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in 2003. He went on to receive his law degree from Georgetown University and subsequently gained admission to the New York Bar. While working as a corporate attorney in New York, Dr. De Fazio decided to change careers to pursue a lifelong passion for medicine and surgery.

He completed his post baccalaureate work at Harvard University in 2010 and his Medical Degree from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2015. Following medical school, Dr. De Fazio completed general surgery training at the University of Minnesota and four additional years of training in urologic surgery.

During his time in Minnesota, Dr. De Fazio gained extensive experience in reconstructive urology with particular focus on penile surgery, prosthetic urology and urethral reconstruction. Dr. De Fazio’s research has produced publications in the areas of reconstructive urology and sexual medicine.

After completing his training in urologic surgery, Dr. De Fazio teamed up with Dr. Jose Vilaro to found a successful general urology clinic, Modern Urology, and now Miami Men’s. Dr. De Fazio speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
